This is the first partnership of its kind with Disney, and executive chef Ashlea Tobeck is enthusiastic about the prospects this trip can bring to the students.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong><i>\u201cI\u2019m very excited for our students to have the opportunity to work at Disney,\u201d Tobeck said. \u201cThe variety of experiences and caliber of the program will give them an amazing leap as they begin their careers.\u201d<\/i><\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p class=\"pullQuote\" style=\"font-size: 1.6em!important; margin: 0!important; width: 100%!important; font-style: italic!important;\"><i><a href=\"https:\/\/www.escoffier.edu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/grad-7.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-7152 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/www.escoffier.edu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/grad-7-1024x817.jpg\" alt=\"Chef Pauli Milotte visits Escoffier Boulder\" width=\"720\" height=\"574\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.escoffier.edu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/grad-7-1024x817.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.escoffier.edu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/grad-7-300x239.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.escoffier.edu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/grad-7-768x613.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.escoffier.edu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/grad-7.jpg 1127w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 720px) 100vw, 720px\" \/><\/a><\/i><\/p>\n<p>In addition to a presentation, the day included on campus interviews with Chef Milotte and students.
