The new November block shifts gears a bit and presents challenges focused on techniques rather than ingredients. So let&#8217;s get started!<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"custom-single-post-title\">Welcome to the November Block of the Escoffier Boulder Challenge!<\/h2>\n<p>The Escoffier <span class=\"il\">Boulder<\/span>\u00a0<span class=\"il\">Challenge<\/span> is a way for Boulder Campus students to show off their cooking skills by participating in a weekly cooking <span class=\"il\">challenge<\/span> to win gift cards to our favorite local restaurants.<\/p>\n<h2>How It Works:<\/h2>\n<p>Each Thursday, we announce a new <span class=\"il\">challenge<\/span> with a featured theme or ingredient.
