Under Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972:<\/p>\n

No person in the United States shall, on the basis of sex, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any education program or activity receiving federal financial assistance.<\/p>\n

Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts does not discriminate on the basis of: race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, sexual orientation, gender identity, status as a parent, marital status or political affiliation in the administration of its educational or admissions policies, financial assistance programs, job placement services, or any other school-sponsored program. Admission of applicants is based solely on meeting Admissions Requirements and the potential of the applicant to succeed in the foodservice industry or benefit from the course of study.<\/p>\n

Title IX Training Materials<\/strong><\/p>\n

In compliance with 34 CFR \u00a7106.45(b)(10)(i)(D) issued by the United States Department of Education under Title IX of the Educational Amendments Act of 1972, Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts has made publicly available the training materials used to train Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts\u2019 Title IX personnel.<\/p>\n

Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts\u2019 Title IX Coordinator, Title IX Investigators and Decision-Makers attended the Title IX & Beyond two-day virtual training program on November 30, 2022, which was hosted by Title IX Solutions, LLC.
