Students prepare a dish that best represents the featured <span class=\"il\">challenge<\/span>\u00a0and post a photo of the dish on Instagram using the hashtag\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/triumphhighereducation.cmail19.com\/t\/i-i-xujujdk-l-y\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=https:\/\/triumphhighereducation.cmail19.com\/t\/i-i-xujujdk-l-y\/&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1598036004804000&amp;usg=AFQjCNEiFt5QsBXNzsircwfe1acGt1mJDg\">#EscoffierBoulderChallenge<\/a>\u00a0by the following Wednesday at midnight.<\/p>\n<h2>Contest Rules:<\/h2>\n<p lang=\"x-size-15\">Our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.escoffier.edu\/about\/chef-instructors\/\">Chef Instructor<\/a> judges panel will select three winners based on the following criteria:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li lang=\"x-size-15\">Creativity and implementation of weekly theme\/ingredient<\/li>\n<li lang=\"x-size-15\">Plating and presentation<\/li>\n<li lang=\"x-size-15\">Technique<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Weekly Themes:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Week 1 Challenge &#8211; August 13 &#8211; 19: Ramen<\/li>\n<li>Week 2 Challenge &#8211; August 20 &#8211; 26: French Inspired<\/li>\n<li>Week 3 Challenge &#8211; August 27 &#8211; September 2: North African Inspired<\/li>\n<li>Week 4 Challenge &#8211; September 3 &#8211; 9: Dim Sum<\/li>\n<li>Week 5 Challenge &#8211; September 10 &#8211; 16: Escoffier Recipe of Choice<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Awards:<\/h2>\n<p lang=\"x-size-15\">Each week three finalists will receive a gift card to redeem at a predetermined local restaurant or may request an Amazon gift card for the amount of:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li lang=\"x-size-15\">First place: $50<\/li>\n<li lang=\"x-size-15\">Second place: $35<\/li>\n<li lang=\"x-size-15\">Third Place: $25<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Week One awards are offered to Chimera Ramen.<\/li>\n<li>Week Two awards are offered to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lerouxdenver.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Le Roux<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Week Three awards are offered to <a href=\"https:\/\/lingerdenver.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Linger<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Week Four awards are offered to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zoemama.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Zoe Ma Ma<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Week Five awards are offered to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bistrovendome.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Bistro Vendome<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Week One Winners:<\/h2>\n<p>Congratulations to our Ramen challenge winners.
