Transcript requests are fulfilled through Parchment, a leading company in secure transcript fulfillment. There is a $5 fee for requesting your official transcript through Parchment. An additional $2.95 charge will apply to transcript orders that are requested to be mailed as hard copies, or an additional fee of $35 will be charged to have hard copy transcripts sent overnight. Transcript requests will be processed within one business day.<\/p>\n

Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts (AESCA) does not hold transcripts or credential documents due to a student’s debt owed to the school.<\/p>\n

Registration Holds:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Students who meet the following criteria may not be able to register for classes or enroll in AESCA programs*.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Active Students<\/strong> with past due on out-of-pocket billing plans that are equal to or over $4,000
\n\u2022 Inactive Students<\/strong> seeking to return to school with an out-of-pocket portion due equal to or over $4,000
\n\u2022 Inactive Students<\/strong> with a balance that has been written off due to non-payment<\/p>\n

Once an inactive student\u2019s past-due balance reaches $100.00 and 120 days after the date of determination without a payment\/payment arrangement, qualified student accounts can be reported to an outside collection agency. Individuals have the option to establish a payment plan for an outstanding debt owed to AESCA. An individual who wishes to establish a payment plan for a debt owed to AESCA should contact studentaccounts@escoffier.edu<\/a><\/p>\n

Complaints pertaining to Colorado House Bill 22-1049 may be submitted to the Colorado StudentLoan Ombudsperson via email to CSLSA@coag.gov<\/a>.<\/p>\n
